Following an established format, programs are offered in the fall, winter, and spring and vary in the number of sessions. The committee develops the schedule and finds volunteers to teach on a variety of topics.

LiR QV is a non-profit organization and the Board of Directors monitors all expenditures. LiR QV funds several scholarships for deserving QVCC students.

This committee promotes LiR QV at various table top shows, expos, radio programs, etc. to recruit new members. They also co-ordinate each semester’s Open House.

Refreshments Committee

This committee is responsible for arranging refreshments that are required for LiR QV functions.

Scholarship Liaison
   Dotti Durst
The liaison is a voting member of the Northeast CT Education Foundation (NCEF), coordinates a LiR QV donation drive, and awards scholarships at the annual Scholarships Night in May.

Information Technology Liaison
   Laura Roethlein
The liaison prepares various tools and programs to be used by the Board of Directors and maintains the LiR QV website.

Facebook Ad Hoc Committee

The committee approves membership on the LiR QV Facebook page, monitors content, and adds pertinent information from the various committees.
