Living History Interpreter Karlee Turner Etter presents “The Arrest of Suffragist Elizabeth Glendower Evans”.
Karlee Turner Etter brings the past vividly to life through powerful first-person portrayals of extraordinary American women. For more than twenty-five years, she has researched, written, and performed the stories of women who defied society’s expectations, from nineteenth-century whaling wives to influential New England reformers. With depth, authenticity, and dramatic flair, Karlee shares the courage and determination of “ordinary women who lived extraordinary lives”.
